The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted the informant with Fawada causing injury on her head. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that the altercation took place due to land dispute between the parties and petitioner is alleged that he was cutting soil from the land of the informant. Both parties are pattidars and have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

No.8206 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S.
