JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned respondents for disposal of his representation with regard to his grievance regarding non-grant of the benefits of ACP/MACP within a specified time framed.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.16000 of 2017 (2) dt.26-02-2018 2/2 representation regarding his grievance before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks by a reasoned and speaking order as well as considering the order dated 7.12.2017 issued by the Public Health and Engineering Department.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
