Date : 22-07-2021 This appeal is directed against the order/judgment dated 05.09.2019, passed by a learned Single Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18045 of 2019, titled as Mohan Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.
We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 05.09.2019 for no rights inter se the parties stands determined therein. In fact, we fail to comprehend why at the first instance the appeal was filed which has only resulted into choking of the roster of this Court as also causing loss to the public exchequer.
The appeal stands disposed of.
