NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. The petitioner, retired from the post of Junior Line Man, Electricity Supply Division, Saran, Chapra on 31.01.2018. He claims arrears of salary on the revised scale since 01.01.2016, which has not been paid to him and also monetary benefits of 3rd A.C.P. as well as other retiral benefits including

Patna High Court CWJC No.7537 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 Gratuity, Earned leave, Provident Fund and revised salary along with interest at the penal rate of 18% per annum. Considering the nature of the prayer of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 3, by filing a representation, which will be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation and all admissible dues would be paid to the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter with admissible interest. If any dues are not found payable the respondent would pass a speaking order which will be communicated to the petitioner by registered post.
