Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged of assaulting him by Jamshed Khan and Safi Ahmad Khan (petitioners) by means of lathi and iron-rod.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Annexure-2 is the injury report from which it appears that the injuries sustained by informant are simple in nature. There is case and counter case in which petitioners suffered injuries. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

No.7864 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 case, let the petitioners named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Barauni (Refinery O.P.) Police Station Case No. 397 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
