JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 21.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33344/2021.

Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that at the time of rejection of bail final injury report of the injured, brother of the informant, has not been seen. From a bare perusal of the order, it would apparent that after considering the allegation made in the FIR, the injuries found on the person of informant's brother and opinion of the doctor, prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected. Since no fresh ground is shown to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner, the same is again rejected. Prayer for time bound disposal of trial is rejected.
