2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(a) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs, direction or directions commanding upon the respondent authorities for the payment of appropriate compensation to the tune of Rs. 70 Lakhs to the petitioner for his double storeyed house build on plot no. 426, Panchat No. 9 situated at Village-Barhuli Police Station-Mohania, District-Kaimur which has been acquired by the respondents for widening of National Highway No.2 by paying less

(b) To pass any such other order or orders of this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper."

3. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner should moved before an appropriate authority considering the grievance that he is agitating.

4. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority/court for the redressal of the grievance.
