The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 19 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18694 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Saran in connection with Excise Case No. 19 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
