One mobile is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when petitioner along with two others was arrested from pick- up -van.

Learned counsel or the petitioner submits that prior to remand in the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in any other case but when he was apprehended in the present case, the police remanded him in Jakanpur P.S.Case No. 214 of 2015 which has been lodged in respect of theft of Bolero pick-upvan. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46725 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.Case No. 187 of 2015.
