It is simple case of misuse of privilege of bail and it appears that the petitioner left his pairvi in the year 2009 and subsequently, he was declared absconder on 21.11.2012.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 28.4.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Adhoc. Addl. Sessions Judge II, Begusarai in Sessions trial no. 184/2004 arising out of Ballia P.S.
