Petitioner is in custody connection with Case No. G.O./144/2019 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is recovery of 27.00 liters of liquor in the instant case.

The petitioners are in custody since 30.10.2019. Considering the fact petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand)
