JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.229 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 IPC was added.

Considering the nature of injuries, which are caused by sharp weapon on several persons, it cannot be said that there was no intention to kill, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly the same is dismissed.
