====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2025 Heard Mr. Bimal Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned AC to GP-4 for the State.

The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "That the petition is directed for the issuance of appropriate writ or direction directing the respondents to pay Honorarium to petitioner (Talimi Markaz) from June 2011 to till date and thereafter on monthly basis as per law. Any other appropriate writ or direction may be issued which may be applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2738 of 2025(2) dt.25-02-2025 2/2 petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court dated 27.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 11447 of 2018 and he seeks to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 - the District Programme Officer cum District Programme Co-ordinator, Bihar Education Project, Madhubani for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition.

Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5, who is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and see that whether the petitioner who was selected and appointed as Taleemi Markaz was found to be working on the effective date as per the guidelines of the year 2010 and dispose of the representation of the petitioner well within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
