2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Cae No. 222 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing her daughter-in-law for demand of dowry by poisoning her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has actively participated in the killing of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
