The petitioner seeks bail in case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit in the abdomen of the father of the informant causing his death. It is submitted that the trial has not been concluded but from perusal of the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VII, Rohtas at Sasaram it appears that only two witnesses, namely, the investigating officer and the doctor are to be examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Nokha P.S. Case No. 21/2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
