The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 399 / 402 of the I.P.C., Section 21(a) of the NDPS Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country-made katta and two mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2018. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - II, Muzaffarpur in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 555 of 2021.
