2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.476 of 2022 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the fact that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42632 of 2024 and the petitioner is still absconding, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on per-arrest bail.
