JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 Though the present writ petition was filed for quashing the order dated 20.04.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, whereby and whereunder the arms license of the petitioner has been revoked, however, no such order has been annexed with the writ petition.

However, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein the same has been annexed as Annexure-B. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 20.04.2015 by filing appropriate appeal.

Liberty so sought is granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15916 of 2017(3) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 The writ petition stands disposed of with a further direction that in case an appeal is filed against the aforesaid order dated 20.04.2015 within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same without being impeded by the issue of limitation.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
