The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.72 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 365, 366, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the contents of the case diary and the statement of the kidnapped girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
