For issuing the direction or commanding the respondents to stop the construction of an illegal multi storied building which is constructed against any sanctioned plan, contrary to the building norms and also by using sub-standard raw material, which is the serious threat to the petitioner and also to the other people of the locality residing or passing near the building as it is located and constructed in

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
