Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18729 of 2021(3) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
