Petitioner was allotted site on contractual basis for facilitating the parking at the Railway Station, Saharsa. Vide communication dated 04.12.2019, the agreement was terminated, necessitated on account of repair work of the platform of the Railway Station. We also notice that the initial contract was for a period of three years, commencing from 30th of January, 2017.

As such, we are of the considered view that no fault can be found with the impugned action dated 04.12.2019. Present petition, in any event, has become infructuous and stands disposed of.

Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
