2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 341, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. From reading of the F.I.R., it is a case of consensual sex of victim with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-VIth-
