ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Counsel appearing for the Vigilance. The present modification application has been filed stating that in view of the changed circumstances, the order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16616 of 2014 granting bail to the petitioner may be modified to the extent that he may not be imposed the rigour of appearing before the Vigilance Court i.e., Special Judge, Vigilance 1st, Patna, on each and every date in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No.61 of 2013 corresponding to Special Case No.66 of 2013. However, on the date of framing of the charge, he will make himself available for the said purpose and thereafter as and when necessitated to be physically present,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18662 of 2018 (2) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 he shall be present to assist the court and co-operate in the trial. It is further submitted that thereafter he shall be represented through his counsel.

Considering the changed circumstances and his advancement in age, the Court is making the aforementioned modification to the limited extent only.

The application stands disposed of.
