====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners is/are apprehending his/their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in nutshell is that sister of the informant has been murdered by her husband, namely, Santu Prasad.

No.18844 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case and they are aged about 71 years and 66 years respectively. It is further submitted that petitioners have no concern with the husband of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his/their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 112 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
