2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

" That this writ petition in the nature of the mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) commanding the Respondent authorities as to why the not given all retirement benefit and 230 days E.L. & Medical in the year 2008 to 2015. The petitioner retired on 3.1.2016. But the Respondent Authority has been not payment a full pension of this petitioner."

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University stating that it has no role in the matter as the petitioner was working in an affiliated college managed by a private Governing Body, which is competent to take a decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submitted that the E.P.F.O. has paid pension and E.P.F. to the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

6. The Court makes it clear that the writ petition has been disposed off in view of submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 with regard to the payment having been made. If it transpires that the same was incorrect, serious consequences shall follow.
