JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard Mr. Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014 for offence punishable under Sections 3, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the FIR placed at Annexure-1 submits that it is consequent upon the arrest of one Ravindra Kumar from the Geeta Lodge where this petitioner happens to be employed as a sweeper that his name was disclosed by the said Ravindra Kumar as being the Manager of the lodge. It is stated that Ravindra Kumar alongwith a lady were arrested being charged with immoral trafficking. It is submitted by learned counsel that on mere statement of the arrested Ravindra
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44427 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 Kumar that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the proceedings with nothing further.
Regard being had to the submissions of learned counsel, let the petitioner Shankar Paswan be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S.
