Keeping in view the fact that the school from where the petitioner submitted the form and took admission to the course

Patna High Court LPA No.113 of 2018 (3) dt.11-04-2018 2/2 in question was not approved by the Government and the students of the School were permitted to take the examination from other Schools, we see no reason to make any indulgence into the matter. The learned Writ Court has rightly gone into the question of status of the School and its functioning without proper approval and without following the due process of law and in refusing relief to the petitioner on such consideration. We see no reason to make any indulgence when the right of the students have been protected by permitting them to appear at the examination from another School.

The appeal stands dismissed.
