2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. According to prosecution case, this petitioner, with the help of other named accused persons, got the son of informant killed by firing gun shots.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is only alleged to be conspirator. It is specific case of the informant that co-accused Parmendra Yadav, Ankit Yadav and Rohit Singh chased and fired at his son Prakhar Dubey, causing his death. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj / concerned Court in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 820 of 2024.
