Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Spl. Case No. 254/19 arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 889 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 / 12 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he used to pass lured comments against a minor girl for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 31.12.2019 and the investigation against him has already been completed.
