The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna against the order of dismissal dated 8.12.2017, hence the same may be directed to be disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid, the Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, considering the judgment referred to by the petitioner in paragraph-20 of the present writ petition as also after giving an
