JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and it appears that his name surfaced in confessional statement of coaccused and apart from this, the tower location of mobile phone of the petitioner is said to be found near the place of occurrence and further Rs. 4,000/- is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 3.8.2015 but up till now he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
