JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2014 in relation to Kharagpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2014 instituted under Section25 (1-A), 25 (1-AA), 25 (1-B) AC, 26 (i) (ii) (iii) of the Arms Act and Section-3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that search and seizure were made allegedly from the house of the petitioner in his absence. Subsequently, the petitioner surrendered before the Court below. It is submitted that the machinery and other articles which were seized are used for repairing of cycle.

Be that as it may, I am not inclined to release the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44310 of 2014 (02) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 petitioner on bail. However, after framing of charge the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Accordingly, this application is rejected.
