The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Md. Naushad has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11226 of 2020. For the reasons stated in the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11226 of 2020, the application for anticipatory bail is also allowed.

No.18361 of 2021(3) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.232 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
