The petitioner has filed the writ petition for appointment on compassionate ground, which has been allowed in the meeting of the District Compassionate Committee dated 06-06-2022, as per annexure-B to the counter-affidavit. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner now is that he has been appointed on Grade-IV post, whereas he was entitled to be appointed as Grade-III post.

In view of the appointment having been granted, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now he would be
