JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379 and 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioners are ladies and they have been made accused as counter blast of Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 filed by petitioner no. 1 against the informant and others and the present case is out and out false case.

Let petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
