2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b) a/2b of the Arms Act as one country-made pistol with cartridge was recovered from him. He is in jail custody with effect from 15.07.2014, but in all other cases mentioned in Paragraph 3 of the petition, he has already been acquitted.

3. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.
