The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 251 of 2020 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that there is specific allegation against co-accused Arun Yadav. Petitioners have nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

No.18667 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 251 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
