2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 96, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with others kidnapped daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. victim was medically examined and no sign of physical relation was found on her body. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8221 of 2025(4) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 party no.2 submits that the victim in her statement recorded under section 183 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has supported the prosecution case. Court has assessed her age to be 16 years.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and aforesaid statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
