Informant, Baleshwar Rai filed written report alleging inter alia that petitioner along with others (named as well as not named) armed variously raided his house, brutally assaulted on account of which, his nephew Saroj Yadav, Manoj Yadav, son Karan Yadav, brother Jairam Yadav sustained severe injury. There happens to be omnibus allegation.

Furthermore, apart from keeping the opinion of injury no.2 of Saroj Yadav reserved for which, neither as per allegation nor as per order impugned, petitioner has been identified. The injuries over the person of other injured though varies in number, have been found simple. Moreover, counter-case bearing Uda

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48616 of 2015 (02) dt.02-11-2015 Kishunganj P. S. Case no.116 of 2015 is also found at the end of petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, Rajendra Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Uda Kishunganj P. S. Case no.117 of 2015.
