JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 03-02-2015 Learned counsel for the parties agree that during the pendency of this writ application, the grievance of the petitioner raised herein stands redressed, inasmuch as, the payment of sum of Rs. 2,48,103/- for the period from 01.04.2007 to 31.10.2014 has already been made on 22.11.2014.

That being so, this writ application filed on 05.01.2015 looks to be on account of some ignorance on the part of the petitioner.
