JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2020 registered under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18965 of 2021(2) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 351 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
