JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from the first information report that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and both the parties have lodged cases against each other and sustained injuries in the above stated occurrence. So far as father of the informant of the present case is concerned, he sustained four injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance though the nature of injuries are said to be grievous but it appears that all the above stated injuries were found on non vital part of his body and furthermore, in respect of three injuries, it has been written by the doctor that there were no bony injuries and, therefore, it appears that only one injury sustained by the father of the informant was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46913 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 found grievous in nature.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Andharamath P.S.Case No. 72 of 2014.
