The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jagdishpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 406 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Earlier the petitioner was granted interim bail on the submission made on his behalf that he is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is rescinding from his statement.

Having regard to the fact, the trial court is directed to confirm the bail bond of the petitioner subject to condition that the petitioner will either keep the victim-wife with due dignity and

Further condition that if the petitioner shall not keep the victim with due dignity or honour or not paying Rs.5000/- per month as maintenance to the victim wife then trial court shall take step for cancellation of his bail bond. m.p.
