Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 10 cases but in the present case, except confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 513 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
