2. The following statements have been made in the instant application:

"2. That the Petitioner is the widow of original

Patna High Court MJC No.393 of 2025(4) dt.11-09-2025 2/3 appellant-Late Sudhanshu Shekhar Ghosh who preferred LPA No. 1511 of 2018 which was dismissed for default due to non compliance of the order dated 26.02.2020.

3. That after the LPA No. 1511 of 2018 was dismissed, the husband of the Petitioner could not take proper steps for restoration due to Covid-19 pandemic as the order was not communicated to the deceased husband for compliance within time.

4. That after death of the husband, the Petitioner came to know about the dismissal of appeal in the first week of December 2024 and thereafter upon legal advice the present application has been filed for restoration of the LPA No. 1511 of 2018."

3. Considering the aforesaid statements, the defect(s) as pointed out by the office stands ignored.

4. I.A.No. 01 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Re.: M.J.C. No. 393 of 2025 The present application has been filed for restoration of L.P.A.No. 1511 of 2018, which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 26.02.2020 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

2. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the same is allowed.

3. Accordingly, L.P.A.No. 1511 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
