Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 421 of 2022 lodged under Sections 489(a), 489(d), 420/ 34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation of business of creation of fake currency and flowing it in the market are there against the petitioner and others. The recovery of printed machine for currency note is also made in the seizure. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 26.08.2022.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, therefore, this bail petition is hereby rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial within nine months.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
