Case No. 276 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 354C, 504, 34, 376, 376D of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against accused persons, including the petitioner is that they entered inside the house of the informant, lifted her and attempted to commit rape upon her by tearing her clothes.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that dispute is with respect to grazing of she goat and he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 6.8.2019 and considering the same co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 17.1.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 86242 of 2019.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019.
