2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 351(2), 352, 115(2), 308(5), 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 16.09.2024, the informant was sitting near Galla Arhat of one Binod Sah, suddenly this petitioner alongwith co-accused Rahul Kumar came and started abusing him. It is further alleged that this petitioner demanded Rangdari of Rs. 5 lakh from informant and on refusal, they assaulted him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Allegation of assault is against co-accused

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he alongwith other co-accused assaulted informant and demanded Rangdari of Rs. 5 lakh. Besides this, petitioner has got nine criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
