Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and there is no chance of her absconding, inasmuch as, the allegation against her is general and omnibus, this bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7940 of 2022(3) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Gopalganj, in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
